Our client is a well-established, market leading Global Lloyd's Broker, renowned for being a key player within the London Market Insurance. Due to recent successes, their US Casualty Division is now actively seeking a Technical Account Manager, who will deliver an efficient, end-to-end operational service to Clients and Brokers, inclusive of broker support activities, third-party service providers, and core middle-office functions. Role Responsibilities:
- The preparation of key, timely compliant market documentation (MRC Slips, Endorsements and EOCs)
- Working collaboratively with Brokers and providing full Broker Support duties
- Assisting with Client and Market enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records within Global XB and relevant market systems
- Working closely with Clients and Brokers to manage cash and credit control issues, identify root causes of recurring issues, and implement process improvements
- Overseeing premium processing function and resolving queries
- Monitoring key contractual dates, and supporting internal audit and file review processes
About You:
- 3-5 years + of experience in an Account Handler / Broker Support role for a Lloyd's Broker
- Competent in the production of MRC Slips and Endorsements
- Experienced in London Market Casualty/Liability Risks - US or International Risk exposure
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Can work independently or as part of a team
