We are looking for an experienced insurance professional, who has a good knowledge of Property/Property Owners Commercial Insurance to support, run and manage a brokers in Borehamwood. This will suit someone who has previous experience as a Senior Client Manager / Account Executive / Branch Manager/Leader.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team of 5 and drive performance, quality and branch performance
  • Work closely with clients, attend client visits with a focus on retention, cross selling and New Business
  • Guide, mentor and coach staff in areas where there are skills gaps, giving general support to the team
  • Work with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure a strong and efficient branch

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Commercial Insurance with a proven track record dealing with Property/Real Estate/Property Owners
  • 2+ years' of management or supervisory experience
  • Strong work ethic with adaptability to grow and develop in an ever changing insurance market
  • Experience and confidence using Acturis
