An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Binder Technician to join a well-established Lloyd's Broker, supporting delegated authority and portfolio solutions business. This role offers exposure to a broad range of binder-led accounts within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, providing the chance to play a key role in the servicing and delivery of complex programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process new and existing binding authority agreements
  • Manage premium and claims bordereaux processing across bureau and non-bureau business
  • Handle delegated authority claims and associated technical queries
  • Ensure accurate and timely accounting to clients and markets
  • Resolve coverage, processing and accounting issues efficiently
  • Support brokers with account servicing, risk signings and reporting requirements
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers and internal stakeholders
  • Participate in client and market meetings where required

About You:

  • 2 years + of experience in handling binding authorities within the Lloyd's and/or London Market
  • Strong understanding of delegated authority processes, bordereaux and claims handling
  • Experience working with market systems and technical processing platforms (Velonetic/Xchanging)
  • Able to manage workloads independently and prioritise effectively
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable liaising directly with clients and markets on technical matters
