Binder Technician An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Binder Technician to join a well-established Lloyd's Broker, supporting delegated authority and portfolio solutions business. This role offers exposure to a broad range of binder-led accounts within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, providing the chance to play a key role in the servicing and delivery of complex programmes. Key Responsibilities: Review and process new and existing binding authority agreements Manage premium and claims bordereaux processing across bureau and non-bureau business Handle delegated authority claims and associated technical queries Ensure accurate and timely accounting to clients and markets Resolve coverage, processing and accounting issues efficiently Support brokers with account servicing, risk signings and reporting requirements Maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers and internal stakeholders Participate in client and market meetings where required About You: 2 years + of experience in handling binding authorities within the Lloyd's and/or London Market Strong understanding of delegated authority processes, bordereaux and claims handling Experience working with market systems and technical processing platforms (Velonetic/Xchanging) Able to manage workloads independently and prioritise effectively Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills Comfortable liaising directly with clients and markets on technical matters This position would suit a proactive technical professional seeking a varied role within a growing and highly respected environment.
