The Opportunity
We are working on behalf of our well-respected client who are seeking a highly organised Insurance Technician with a strong administration background to support a busy underwriting function. While exposure to data and insurance operations is valuable, extensive hands-on administration experience is essential. You’ll play a key role in keeping processes running smoothly, ensuring documentation is accurate, and supporting the wider team through high-quality administrative delivery.
- Policy Administration & Documentation – managing policy records, endorsements, and documentation with precision
- Data Processing & Validation – maintaining accurate records and supporting data quality checks
- Premium Processing & Billing Administration – supporting invoicing, reconciliation, and payment tracking
Strong administration background (this is the most important requirement)
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office tools
Experience within insurance operations, underwriting support, or policy administration
Exposure to data handling, reconciliation, or reporting
Understanding of the insurance lifecycle
Administration & process management
Data accuracy and attention to detail
High accuracy in documentation and data processing
