Your new company is an established Independent Insurance Broker dedicated to delivering clients a professional service supported by insurance offerings from top insurers in the UK. They now have an exciting position within their Professional Indemnity Team, where you will inherit a portfolio of Small Business Clients and will be responsible for the servicing and growth of the portfolio. This is an exciting position working for a growing team, that offers you excellent career progression and a fantastic Bonus and Benefit package.

The Role

  • Responsible for managing a portfolio of SME Clients
  • Assisting with client enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Building and maintaining relationships with Clients and Insurers coupled with attending meetings alongside Executives at times
  • Ensuring a high renewal retention rate
  • Issuing client documentation including renewal invitations, mid-term adjustments, cancellations and new business quotations

Requirements

  • 2 years experience as an Account Handler
  • Experience in Professional Indemnity Essential
  • Exposure to Cross Class Commercial a bonus but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain long standing relationships
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
