Your new company is an established Independent Insurance Broker dedicated to delivering clients a professional service supported by insurance offerings from top insurers in the UK. They now have an exciting position within their Professional Indemnity Team, where you will inherit a portfolio of Small Business Clients and will be responsible for the servicing and growth of the portfolio. The Role
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of SME Clients
- Assisting with client enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Building and maintaining relationships with Clients and Insurers coupled with attending meetings alongside Executives at times
- Ensuring a high renewal retention rate
- Issuing client documentation including renewal invitations, mid-term adjustments, cancellations and new business quotations
Requirements
- 2 years experience as an Account Handler
- Experience in Professional Indemnity Essential
- Exposure to Cross Class Commercial a bonus but not essential
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain long standing relationships
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
