A dynamic, well-established and international Lloyd's Broker is seeking an Account Executive within their market-leading North American Property Division. This front-end technical role offers solid progression opportunities and involves assisting with the smooth placement of Open Market Property Risks emanating from North America, with plenty of client and market interaction.
Role Responsibilities
- Support the placement and servicing of complex insurance risks throughout the full policy lifecycle, including preparation of market documentation, endorsements, and policy wordings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and market stakeholders, providing a high level of technical support and service.
- Produce and manage underwriting submissions, contract documentation, and bespoke wording requirements.
- Monitor workflows, compliance records, and operational processes while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with business development opportunities and support the creation of innovative programme structures where required.
- Maintain strong knowledge of market and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
- Work collaboratively across teams to support efficient delivery, service excellence, and operational objectives.
- Ensure adherence to company procedures, regulatory obligations, and financial reporting requirements.
About You
- 3 years + of experience in a technical support/account handling role for a Lloyd's Broker.
- Experience in handling US Property Open Market Risks.
- Competent in the timely and accurate production of MRC Slips and Endorsements.
- Strong communication and attention to detail skills.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
