Insurance Sales Representative (Motor Trade Insurance)

Nash Warren is a growing and well-established UK insurance broker, and we are looking to recruit driven Insurance Sales Executives to join our specialist Motor Trade Insurance sales team.

If you’re experienced in insurance sales and seeking high-quality leads, excellent OTE, and a healthy work-life balance, this role is worth a conversation.

About the Role

We specialise in providing competitive Motor Trade Road Risk Insurance to clients across the UK.

• All leads are warm inbound enquiries via online quote requests, with many leads coming via recommendation
• No cold calling
• Access to exclusive products, making us one of the most competitive brokers in the market

Our Ideal Candidate would have

• Previous experience in an insurance-based role
• Excellent communication and telephone skills
• A target-driven mindset with determination to succeed
• The ability to perform in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment
• Strong timekeeping and attendance

Salary and Benefits

• Realistic OTE: £35,000 – £45,000 (monthly bonuses paid)
• 35 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays)
• On-site parking
• Office-based role in Halesowen
• Must have the right to work in the UK
