As a Business Development Manager reporting to the SVP, EMEA Sales – Nasdaq FinTech, you’ll play a meaningful role in driving go-to-market strategy, pipeline generation, and accelerating growth. You’ll thrive in this position if you’re collaborative, strategic, have a customer‑centric attitude, and bring a passion for technology innovation to a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal collaborators in Marketing, Product Strategy, and Sales across time zones to align on objectives and deliverables.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize workflows that support scalability, efficiency and consistency.
  • Embrace intent‑based signals, artificial intelligence tools, and account‑based marketing to increase pipeline and conversion rates.
  • Mentor and develop a high‑performing team of six Business Development Representatives aligned with Nasdaq’s values.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in Business Development.
  • Strong ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions.
  • Clear communicator with experience in collaborative, matrixed environments.
  • Proficiency in tools or platforms such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, 6Sense, Outreach, and StoryLane.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in capital markets, FinTech, or regulated industry.
  • Exposure to global teams and cultural nuances in cross‑border collaboration.

This position will be located in London and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least three days a week in‑office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
