Nasdaq is looking to hire a GTM Marketing Operations Associate to support the Nasdaq Capital Access Platforms business unit, which empowers companies with technology and intelligence to innovate, grow, and stay ahead of the changing markets. Job Description
The Marketing Operations Associate will be responsible for optimizing Nasdaq’s technology stack to accelerate revenue growth. The role will provide oversight and delivery of business unit revenue technology strategy that unlocks growth across qualified MQL volume, opportunity creation and bookings.
Reporting to the Manager, Performance Marketing, this global role will be based out of London and will be encouraged to closely collaborate across all Marketing functions, including field marketing, client marketing, and lifecycle marketing operations. Additionally, the person will partner closely with Sales and multi-functional teams based in offices all over the world as well as technology providers.

- Own and optimize the use of marketing technology (Including but not limited to: Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo), ABM technology, predictive tools, chatbots.).
- Train, enable, and empower Sales on how to best leverage the data and tools at their disposal to meet revenue goals.
- Find stories within the data to help drive business strategy, own and maintain reporting and dashboards.
- Explore new marketing technology and develop implementation strategy (Including but not limited to: Customer Data Platforms (CDP), AI).
- Lead partnership with enterprise marketing tech partners, handle vendor relationship and invoicing when needed.
- Explore creative ways to leverage marketing technology to support campaign activations and achieve optimized performance.
- Establish a repeatable and scalable process to measure channel return on investment and vendor value.
- Provide recommendations, guidance, and training to empower the marketing team to self-serve.
You will need the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in MarTech, Sales Tech, or Revenue Technology role. Professional experience in setting up end-to-end marketing technology stacks, marketing automation programs, and data flows.
- Proven experience with digital marketing for SaaS brands, and experience working with IT, implementation team, Sales operations, or Sales team.
- Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, reporting and dashboarding, object relationships, and integrations into SFDC.
- Robust knowledge of Marketo, proven track record in Marketo program governance, transformation, and best practices
- Intermediate experience in Marketing & Sales technology platforms, such as 6sense, ZoomInfo, Chatbots, Outreach, Marketing AI, Customer Data Platform, etc.
- Solid understanding of the intersection between marketing and technology and the ability to speak to the benefits.
- Experience working closely with and enabling Sales and RevOps executive presence and communication skills to listen closely to feedback and strategize accordingly. Comfortable working across different business units, organizations, and time zones.
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organized, strong problem-solving skills, able to analyze issues from multiple perspectives and derive pragmatic and comprehensive solutions to problems.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a minimally supervised, fast-paced environment.
