Overview
Director Client Onboarding role at Nasdaq. This is a client-facing leadership position focusing on onboarding financial institutions to Nasdaq’s Trade Surveillance solution in the EMEA region.
What will you be doing?
As Director of Technical Onboarding for the EMEA region, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for onboarding financial institutions to Nasdaq’s Trade Surveillance solution. You’ll be the face of Nasdaq for our clients, driving success through structured processes, technical expertise, and strategic leadership.
- Client Engagement: Build positive relationships with client team members, lead onboarding engagements, and act as a technical and strategic adviser.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a regional team of onboarding specialists, driving performance and growth through mentorship and development.
- Operational Excellence: Design and implement onboarding processes tailored to clients, using Linux-based environments and cloud technologies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, and Support teams to align onboarding with evolving product capabilities.
- Continuous Improvement: Use client feedback and data to refine strategies, champion automation, and challenge legacy approaches.
- Planning and Reporting: Maintain oversight of onboarding projects, risks, and critical metrics, and contribute to global onboarding strategy.
Who are we looking for?
We’re seeking a client-facing leader with deep capital markets and trade surveillance experience and a passion for building scalable processes.
- Several years in client-facing roles within capital markets and trade surveillance
- Proven management experience, including resource planning and team development
- Strong technical foundation (Linux environments, SaaS platforms)
- Self-starter with a bias for action and continuous learning
- Excellent communicator and doer
- Process-oriented with a passion for scalable, repeatable frameworks
