Our Index Client Services team supports market participants around the world and is the first point of contact for our valued clients. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and strive to continually develop and improve the client experience, setting our products and services apart in the market.
As a Senior Index Client Services Analyst, you will:
- Work with clients and partners to define business and system requirements, implementing processes to streamline interactions whenever possible.
- Analyze, communicate, and raise client concerns or requirements as they relate to Nasdaq product offerings to leadership.
- Work with the global Index Client Services team on various ongoing initiatives to improve the client experience.
At least 2 years of experience working in the financial services industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills.
Strong customer service and client facing skills.
Great organizational and project management skills.
Experience working in the market data industry.
Knowledge and understanding of equity indices and financial data.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Salesforce or related tool.
Proficiency with Sharepoint, Confluence, Jira, or related tools.
Experience working in a client facing role.
This position will be located in London and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
