To learn more about our business, visit Key Responsibilities: The successful Business Development Representative assists in creating sales opportunities for the entire Financial Technology Sales Team through; target market research, prospecting via social media and event attendance, to follow-up on marketing activity including in-bound leads. We are looking for someone with a passion for sales and a growth mindset. You will: • Support Senior Sales Executives to identify key areas of opportunities in the market. • Support with prospecting for events and post lead follow ups. • Prospect potential clients by phone and direct emailing, while also researching and qualifying new leads. • Answer prospect questions and send additional information by email, while also creating and handling prospect lists for each region. • Schedule meetings for Senior Sales Executives. • Supports Sales Executives in closing deals to meet individual/team quotas. • Maintain accurate records of your activity in Salesforce. • Develop a deep understanding of our FinTech solutions and our product updates. • Proactively take on new initiatives and exhibit a curiosity for learning. Skills and Requirements: • Bachelor\'s degree in business, finance, or marketing/sales. • Passion for sales and a keen interest in B2B sales. • 0-2 years of BDR/ SDR experience. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Can do spirit and resourcefulness. • Be a team-player. • Experience with Sales Enablement Tolls such as Salesforce, 6sense, Highspot, Outreach or Storylane beneficial.
