The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 £ per year.
Candidates must be based within a commutable distance to our Enigma-is Training Centre in Derby and also be willing to travel and provide on-site training throughout the business.
Responsibilities
- To deliver courses as required in line with CISRS and accrediting body requirements.
- To support customers during course delivery as appropriate.
- To obtain positive customer feedback following course completion in line with KPIs set within the personal development plan.
- To participate in standardisation and continuing professional development events as required.
- To provide support to trainees and existing Instructor/Assessors as appropriate.
- To support department growth through technical input to new courses, training standards, customer meetings, and the continual improvement of existing courses.
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment.
- Apply CISRS and where appropriate Enigma-is Policies and Procedures.
- Ensure that all Enigma-is quality and operational procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Maintain and embrace ownership of departmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- Level 3 teacher training or equivalent (CISRS approved trainer).
- CISRS Advanced Card holder.
- Level 3 First Aid at Work.
Courses initially required to deliver
- CISRS suite of scaffolding courses inc. CPD, COTS, BSI, Part 1, Part 2, etc.
- Relevant trade, technical and knowledge tests.
- Other scaffolding-related short courses as required.
