Nashrock are supporting a well-established insurance brokerage who are looking to appoint an experienced Claims Executive to support their Professional Indemnity and wider Financial Lines claims portfolio. This role suits a confident claims professional who enjoys handling complex matters, building strong client relationships, and operating at the heart of the London Market.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing Professional Indemnity claims from notification through to settlement
  • Negotiating complex claims with insurers to achieve the best outcomes for clients
  • Providing strategic and technical claims advice to clients when required
  • Preparing claims statistics and management information for internal and external use
  • Attending client and market meetings to support resolution of more complex claims
  • Maintaining accurate records across internal systems and market platforms
  • Supporting presentations, tenders and service propositions for new and existing clients
  • Monitoring legal and market developments to enhance overall claims service delivery
