NAS Recruitment Services (Scotland) Ltd, in partnership with ASDA, are actively looking for HGV Class 1 Store Delivery drivers based in both Grangemouth and Falkirk. All potential applicants are encouraged to read the complete job description before applying.
Class 1 drivers are required for supermarket deliveries and trunking. Immediate starts available; this is a 7-day operation with various start times for day, back, and night shifts. Drivers will need to attend and pass a driving assessment, which will be paid after 5 shifts worked.
Pay rates - depending on length of service:
- Week 1 to 12 = £16.00 - £34.36
- Week 13 to 26 = £18.00 - £41.54
- Week 27 onwards = £19.00 - £43.54
Breaks are paid!
Suitable candidates MUST have:
- Good communication skills.
- Strong understanding of current drivers' hours and WTD regulations.
- Ability to drive in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to health and safety procedures at all times.
- A flexible attitude to work and the ability to work as part of a team.
Full or partial weekend availability is desired, but not essential. Drivers must have held their licence for a minimum of 6 months and have no more than 6 points with no major endorsements.
Part-time and full-time hours available, with flexibility to suit your lifestyle.
