NAS Recruitment Services Ltd, working in partnership with our local client based in Livingston, are seeking several Production Operators on a temporary basis to work Monday to Saturday. As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for preparing, scanning, and processing confidential data with a focus on accuracy and security. Your main tasks will include document handling, data entry, and quality control, with some manual lifting involved.
Key Duties:
- Booking In: Track and log incoming documents, meeting production targets.
- Document Preparation: Prepare documents for scanning.
- Cutting: Accurate guillotining of script spines.
- Scanning: Operate scanners, ensuring high-quality digital images.
- Quality Assurance: Check and index scanned documents, resolving any issues.
- Adhere to ISO standards and complete required training.
- Ensure high-quality standards with minimal errors.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting targets.
- Comfortable with manual handling – standing for long periods and lifting boxes.
- No experience necessary – full on the job training provided!
- Report issues in a timely manner to facilitate quick resolutions.
Working Hours & Shift Patterns:
- Initially Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00 until Saturday, 3rd May 2025.
- Mandatory Shift pattern commences Tuesday, 6th May 2025.
- Early Shift: Monday to Saturday, 05:45 – 13:45.
- Back Shift: Monday to Saturday, 14:15 – 22:15.
