Bristol (Hybrid) — open to UK remote, with travel as required (minimum 2 days per week in the office).

We're building a high-performing, ambitious team and are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help us find, attract and hire the people who will shape our future.
Role
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll own end-to-end hiring across the business. You'll partner closely with leadership, shape our hiring strategy, and ensure we bring in top talent at pace — without compromising on quality. You'll be instrumental in building strong talent pipelines, delivering an excellent candidate experience, and helping define what great hiring looks like at Narwhal.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions (from brief to offer)
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and hiring strategy
- Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates (LinkedIn, networks, referrals, etc.)
- Lead hiring across the UK and internationally
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Manage and continuously improve the candidate experience from first touch through to onboarding
- Support employer branding and hiring campaigns to attract top talent
- Use data and insights to continuously improve hiring performance
- Maintain a consistently high bar for talent aligned with our culture and values
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Experience hiring across multiple functions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing capability — you know how to find and engage top talent
- Experience hiring in the UK and internationally
- Confident stakeholder management — able to challenge, influence and guide hiring decisions
- Excellent communication and candidate management skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- A bias for action — you move quickly and deliver
- Experience in a start-up or scaling business
- Experience hiring for tech, product or commercial roles
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g. Workable, CharlieHR, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Interest in employer branding and talent community building
- A data-driven approach to recruitment
