About Us:
Narwhal Labs is a Bristol-based technology company building the next generation of AI-powered revenue infrastructure. We are a high-growth, mission-driven team with ambitious expansion plans across multiple industry verticals. Joining Narwhal means stepping into an early-stage GTM team where your impact is immediate and your progression mirrors the company’s growth.
The Role:
This is a dual-function role bridging GTM execution and new business development. You will bring Narwhal’s Agentic Revenue Operating System to market within defined verticals — executing the commercial strategy set by the Global Head of GTM while owning and managing your own outbound pipeline end-to-end. You will operate at the sharp end of Narwhal’s commercial function: engaging senior decision-makers, driving outbound campaigns, qualifying opportunities, and progressing deals. This role suits a commercially astute, self-motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is genuinely excited by AI and SaaS.
Key Responsibilities:
- GTM Strategy Execution
- Execute the Go-To-Market strategy across designated industry verticals
- Translate GTM plans into structured outreach sequences, messaging frameworks, and sales plays
- Provide frontline market intelligence to continuously refine positioning and ICP
- Maintain alignment with marketing, product, and leadership to ensure a consistent buyer journey
- Build and manage a self-directed outbound pipeline from scratch
- Conduct high-volume, high-quality outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, phone, etc.)
- Research and prioritise target accounts using firmographic and intent data
- Qualify leads against agreed frameworks
- Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline hygiene
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
- Engage senior stakeholders in insight-led conversations
- Run structured discovery calls and introductory demos
- Handle objections confidently and progress opportunities effectively
- Build strong prospect relationships throughout the sales cycle
What We’re Looking For:
Essential
- 2+ years in B2B Sales, SDR, BDR or GTM role (ideally SaaS)
- Proven track record of hitting pipeline and quota targets
- Experience building outbound pipeline independently
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage C-level stakeholders
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
- High resilience, self-motivation, and commercial instinct
- Based in or able to commute regularly to Bristol
Desirable
- Experience selling AI, automation or Revenue Operations SaaS
- Familiarity with Outreach, Apollo, Salesloft or similar tools
- Understanding of RevOps or sales process automation
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Exposure to MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN or similar methodologies

- £30,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission structure
- 26 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Modern sales tech stack

- Direct mentorship from Global Head of GTM
- Clear progression pathway within the GTM team
