We’re recruiting for an experienced Delivery Manager at mid or senior level to join our fast-paced, dynamic team, delivering cutting-edge projects.

The Role
Are you a skilled Delivery Manager with the ability to support multiple software engineering teams and deliver in a fast-paced environment? Are you looking for a new challenge in an expanding business that is at the curing edge of agentic ai? If so, this role could be just what you’re looking for!
You will be joining a young and dynamic team in our offices in Bristol. We are looking for someone with lots of enthusiasm with a desire to learn and succeed, a focused mind and a “Can Do” attitude.
Skill and Key responsibilities:
- Delivery plan definitions and delivery across one or more engineering teams.
- Own the delivery commitment to the business.
- Gathering delivery timescales either through working directly with the customer, business stakeholders and other Delivery Managers.
- Coaching teams to be predictable, sustainable, value driven and flexible.
- Support the team by collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the team has clarity on vision and goals.
- Maintaining team focus on committed goals, by removing blockers, managing dependencies and risks.
- Working across organisational boundaries, to help teams overcome obstacles and deliver the best value against constraints.
- Reporting on team progress towards goals, managing expectations and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Driving a continuous improvement mindset, and developing self-sufficient agile teams.
- Track metrics for delivery performance identifying problems where they occur.
- Communicate with stakeholders and coordinate with other Delivery Managers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Work as part of an agile team to deliver increments of value to production and ensure delivery commitments are met.
- Work as part of a trio (alongside engineering and product) to resolve issues and drive successful outcomes.
- May lead functional deliverables or workstreams.
- Participates in wider delivery excellence activities, ensuring we continually evolve our delivery management practices.
- May participate in recruitment within the delivery discipline.
- Produce other required collateral/artefacts such as release notes, reporting and training documents.
- Work with shared functions such as design and user experience.
- Works independently identifying solutions with minimal guidance.
- Communicate effectively and constructively, always looking for the best outcome for Narwhal and our customers.

Experience:
- Strong knowledge and experience of cultivating high performing teams utilising Agile techniques.
- Delivered technical/digital products, working within constraints, meeting outcomes and driving business value.
- Experience of working across the full Software Development Life Cycle in a dynamic fast paced environment.
- Demonstrable experience applying Agile principles into real world practices
- Proven track record of successful collaboration across functions and disciplines
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Delivery Manager
- Experience and knowledge of agile software development
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Degree or equivalent in a business or IT related discipline or equivalent professional
