The Senior HR Business Partner will be a strategic advisor and catalyst for people and organisational excellence, specifically working with senior stakeholders to provide inclusive leadership support, ongoing business success through exceptional talent management and thoughtful organisation design. This role champions a high-performance culture by leading on and aligning people strategies with business objectives, fostering equality, diversity, and inclusion, and enabling leaders to build engaged, resilient, and future-ready teams.
The Senior HR Business Partner will translate overall business goals into HR strategies and plans that support growth and innovation, leading on change management initiatives in alignment with business transformations. They will provide valuable executive support through real business intimacy, insight and influence, utilising a strong consulting and coaching mindset and leveraging internal and external resources to shape solutions.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- Significant progressive HR experience in a Senior HR Business Partner or equivalent strategic HR role including talent management, organisational development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Demonstrable track record of success in HR Business Partnering, including resolving complex HR matters and influencing key senior stakeholders to improve people and organisational performance.
- Proven experience of change methodologies and strategies for navigating organisational transformation and in enabling senior managers in leading and designing change and transformation activities.
- Knowledge of OD models, structures, job design, and workforce planning to optimise organisational effectiveness.
- Thorough understanding of leadership frameworks, executive coaching approaches, and team effectiveness strategies.
- Strong grounding in DEI principles, inclusive talent practices and cultural competency.
- Ability to interpret and leverage HR data and metrics for decision-making and workforce insights.
- CIPD qualified along with a third level qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
