This is a great job for someone who has experience in real estate or infrastructure investing and enjoys working across live assets and development partners. Aviva Capital Partners (ACP), part of the Aviva Group, invests in early‑stage real estate and infrastructure opportunities to deliver strong returns, create long‑term income‑generating assets for customers, and support UK economic growth.

In this role, you'll join ACP's investment team on a six‑month fixed‑term basis, supporting delivery across an existing portfolio of contracted investments. You'll play a key role in asset management, performance oversight and working closely with investment, development and sector partners to help drive value across the portfolio.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

  • Experience of real‑asset investments including residential development, regeneration or green infrastructure projects with a focus on origination, due diligence, research, and asset management
  • Ability to oversee project DM's in their management of schemes including reviewing project programmes, proposed budgets and recommendations. First line of defence relating to ACP risk exposure and mitigations
  • Strong knowledge of the commercial aspects of corporate, real‑estate, infrastructure, and construction documents
  • Familiarity with appointments of suppliers in real asset developments
  • A suitable professional qualification such as RICS, CFA, ACA, CAIA would be beneficial
