Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of domestic and commercial complex and high value subsidence claims from notification to conclusion.
  • Diagnose, mitigate, and repair structural defects and subsidence issues.
  • Communicate with team members and service providers on claim progress.
  • Make decisions and deliver excellent customer service with empathy.

Qualifications

  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Chartered building professional qualification (e.g., MCIOB, MRICS, MICE) and ideally an insurance qualification (e.g., CILA, CII).
  • Comprehensive expertise in structural defects and subsidence diagnosis.
  • Experience in insurance claims handling.
