Madison International Realty, LLC (“Madison”), a specialty real estate private equity firm, seeks to hire an Analyst for the Investments team in our London office. Madison International Realty is a leading liquidity provider to real estate investors worldwide. Madison provides equity capital for real estate owners and investors seeking to monetize embedded equity, to replace capital partners seeking an exit and to recapitalize balance sheets. The firm provides equity for recapitalizations, partner buyouts and capital infusions; and acquires joint venture, limited partner and co‐investment interests as principals. Madison invests in secondary transactions and focuses on existing properties and portfolios in the U.S., U.K., and Europe.

This individual will support the Investments team in all aspects of the deal process in all asset classes including industrial, retail, multifamily, office, data centres, student and senior housing.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing and reporting financial performance of existing investments
  • Working collaboratively with senior management and portfolio management team to develop investment strategies and valuations
  • Assisting in underwriting potential financing and disposition transactions
  • Developing working knowledge of the assets including leasing, budgeting, reforecasting and waterfall structures
  • Preparing detailed financial models and sensitivity analysis
  • Completing additional projects as required
  • Traveling to inspect target assets and markets
