What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating inspiring, play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS
- Acting as a key person, building strong relationships with your children and families
- Supporting each child's development through observation, planning and meaningful interactions
- Maintaining a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
- Working closely with your team to deliver high-quality care and education
- Supporting children's wellbeing, routines and individual needs
Requirements
- Full and relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 or above)
- Experience working in an early years setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development
- A genuine passion for working with children
- A positive, team-focused attitude
