What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating inspiring, play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS
  • Acting as a key person, building strong relationships with your children and families
  • Supporting each child's development through observation, planning and meaningful interactions
  • Maintaining a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
  • Working closely with your team to deliver high-quality care and education
  • Supporting children's wellbeing, routines and individual needs

Requirements

  • Full and relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 or above)
  • Experience working in an early years setting
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development
  • A genuine passion for working with children
  • A positive, team-focused attitude
