Are you an experienced conveyancer with a passion for quality and compliance? Napthens LLP is seeking a Technical Lawyer to join our Quality Risk & Compliance team. This role is crucial in driving technical and quality excellence across our property departments. At Napthens we really value our risk team, and our colleagues value their advice even more. Reporting to our Head of Risk you have their full support and autonomy to make a real difference. You will be playing a key role in driving technical and quality excellence across our property departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision & Reviews: Oversee team leaders, conduct peer reviews, and sign off on files, ensuring best practices in conveyancing.
  • High-Risk Matters: Guide and monitor high-risk transactions, providing necessary approvals and support.
  • Training & Development: Implement training programs to address knowledge gaps and ensure continuous professional development.
  • Regulatory Updates: Stay informed on legal changes and ensure compliance within the department.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with leadership to enhance processes and policies.
