Napthens has an opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant / Conveyancing Executive / Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join our busy Residential Conveyancing team at our Southport office. This is a full-time, office-based role where you will work closely with our experienced solicitors and play a key role in progressing conveyancing files from start to finish.
You will be involved in:
- Diary management
- Liaising with clients and third parties
- Preparing documentation
- Ensuring smooth administration across the department
We’re interested in hearing from candidates who:
- Have experience as a legal assistant, legal secretary, or paralegal within commercial property or conveyancing
- Bring strong IT and case management skills (Proclaim knowledge is an advantage)
- Are organised, accurate, and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Communicate clearly and provide excellent client care
