Operating within our Real Estate Department, a team highlighted in the Legal 500 Tier 1, you will develop our Commercial Property offering in Southport and the surrounding area. Real Estate at Napthens means Commercial Property, Rural Property and Leisure & Licensing.
In all offices there is a real mix of high-quality work – land acquisition and disposal, development, site-setups, secured lending, panel work corporate support for our Corporate Team and hallmark Northwest operators who give us recurring portfolio work in sectors such as Leisure, Manufacturing, breweries, and SME entrepreneurs.
As a business, we trust people to deliver and work together. Cross referrals are not an issue in our business.
You are used to managing your own caseload, taking the initiative, learning from your colleagues, and highly motivated to deliver for your clients, team and yourself.
Responsibilities:- Develop the Commercial Property offering in Southport and surrounding area

- Support corporate team with panel work and secured lending as needed
