Location: Southport (On-site)

Hours: Monday, Thursday & Friday: 12:00pm – 3:00pm. Flexibility required to cover holidays when needed.

Contract: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: Competitive + Bonus Scheme

About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, approachable, and professional Receptionist to join our Southport office team on a part‑time basis. As the first point of contact, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for visitors, clients, and colleagues. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting visitors
  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Supporting meeting room bookings
  • Ensuring reception areas are well presented
  • Providing general administrative and hospitality support

Previous experience is flexible, as full training will be provided. A driving licence is required, as there may be very occasional cover needed at other offices, although this will not be a regular requirement.

  • Friendly, professional, and confident dealing with people face to face and over the phone
  • Comfortable working in a front‑of‑house role as the first point of contact
  • Well organised, with good attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confident using IT systems, including email and basic office software
