Legal Assistant / Residential Conveyancing Executive / Legal Executive
Full‑time, Permanent – 35 hours per week (Mon–Fri 9am–5pm)

Napthens is looking for experienced conveyancing professionals to join our busy Residential Conveyancing team in Liverpool.
This is a full‑time, office‑based role where you’ll work closely with our solicitors and play a key role in progressing residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting fee earners with file progression and administration
- Diary management and client communication
- Liaising with third parties including estate agents and lenders
- Preparing legal documentation and maintaining accurate records
What We’re Looking For
- Conveyancing experience is essential
- Background as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, Legal Secretary, or Conveyancing Executive
- Strong IT and case‑management skills (Proclaim experience is a plus)
- Excellent organisation and time‑management
- Clear communication and a commitment to client care
