Napthens have opportunities for experienced Conveyancing Assistant / Conveyancing Executive / Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join our busy Residential Conveyancing teams based at our Southport and Liverpool offices.
These are full-time, office-based role where you’ll work closely with our experienced solicitors and play a key role in progressing conveyancing files from start to finish.
You’ll be involved in diary management, liaising with clients and third parties, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth administration across the department.
We’re interested in hearing from candidates who:
- Have experience as a legal assistant, legal secretary, or paralegal within commercial property or conveyancing.
- Bring strong IT and case management skills (Proclaim knowledge is an advantage).
- Organised, accurate and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Communicate clearly and provide excellent client care.
