Legal Assistant
Commercial Property / Real Estate
Liverpool Office | Full-time | Permanent (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm)

We’re on the lookout for a proactive Legal Assistant to join our thriving Commercial Property team in the heart of Liverpool. Working alongside our expert real estate solicitors, you’ll play a key role in supporting the progression of transactions and the smooth running of the department.

What you’ll be doing:

Assisting with the day-to-day progression of files

Drafting letters and reports, carrying out research, and managing key dates and diaries

Handling phone calls and providing general administrative support

Liaising with clients and third parties in a professional, helpful manner

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in a conveyancing or property law environment

Familiarity with Land Registry applications and SDLT returns

Experience using Proclaim or other case management systems is a plus

A team player with a ‘roll-up-your-sleeves’ attitude and an eye for detail

You’ll be someone who takes pride in being organised, efficient, and reliable – always ready to pitch in and help the team succeed.
