We have created a new rolefor a Consultant HR Business Partner who’s got more knowledge than ChatGPT and more strategic thinking than a game of celebrity Traitors!

👓 What we’re looking for:

  • Speak fluent TUPE and handle union consultations without breaking a sweat.
  • Manage projects like a ninja and know the employee lifecycle better than your Netflix history.
  • Understand employment law and apply it in practice.
  • Be confident, proactive, and not afraid to say, “Actually, I disagree…” (politely, of course).
  • Have CIPD Level 7 or be working on it like it’s your side hustle.
  • Influence stakeholders, deliver training, and still make it home in time for Bake Off.

  • Audit HR like Sherlock Holmes with a spreadsheet.
