The Role
We are seeking a talented Employment Lawyer to join our Liverpool team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied and high-quality caseload while playing a key role in the growth of our practice.
What We're Looking For
- 2–7 years' PQE, with experience managing your own caseload.
- Proven ability to manage a complex caseload of respondent Employment Tribunal matters.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience advising across all areas of employment law, including discrimination, whistleblowing, redundancy, reorganisation projects, grievances, disciplinary matters, and TUPE.
- Experience in corporate support.
- Strong time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work to deadlines and meet targets.
- A proactive approach to business development, including drafting articles and attending events (with support from our Legal Director).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
- A collaborative approach as a team player.
- A flexible approach and ability to adapt to different tasks.
- Experience supervising and supporting junior team members.
- Knowledge of the Liverpool market (advantageous, not essential).
- A passion for people, progress, and practical solutions.
