Who We’re Looking For

We want an Employment Law superstar who’s ready to make waves in Lancashire. Whether you\’re an experienced Lawyer, Solicitor,Associate or a recent Senior Associate, if you’ve got:

  • Solid experience in delivering pragmatic advice and solutions to employer clients on tricky employee relation issues, tribunal litigation acting for employers and occasional corporate transaction support work
  • A positive attitude toward business development (we’ve got a Partner leading the charge — but your support is golden!)
  • Knowledge of the Lancashire market place and local connections (a bonus, not a dealbreaker)
  • A passion for employment law, practical solutions and innovation.
  • A desire to be part of a great team and play a role in our growth journeythen we want to hear from you!
