We have created a new role for a Consultant HR Business Partner who has more knowledge than ChatGPT and more strategic thinking than a game of celebrity Traitors!
What we’re looking for:
- Speak fluent TUPE and handle union consultations without breaking a sweat.
- Manage projects like a ninja and know the employee lifecycle better than your Netflix history.
- Understand employment law and apply it in practice.
- Be confident, proactive, and not afraid to say, "Actually, I disagree..." (politely, of course).
- Have CIPD Level 7 or be working on it like it’s your side hustle.
- Influence stakeholders, deliver training, and still make it home in time for Bake Off.
What you’ll be doing:
