Napthens LLP is on the lookout for an experienced property Legal Assistant to join our Commercial Property, Real Estate team, based in Blackburn, East Lancashire.

What We are Looking For:

  • A genuine interest in property.
  • Legal experience working in a support role like conveyancing, commercial property, or real estate.
  • You have used the land registry portal and understand SDLT.
  • You may have post completion experience and be comfortable using case management systems.
  • A flexible approach to working and supporting the legal team in Blackburn and Preston.

What You will Be Doing:

  • Drafting on a contract – to speaking to clients – to doing the SDLT and first draft completion statements.
  • Supporting clients with land transactions, tenancies, renewables, estate planning, and more.
  • Working on everything from easements to diversification projects, clawback agreements, and unregistered land.
