About Napster

Napster offers lifelike AI agents that meet your customers wherever they are, and collaborate with your employees as coworkers. Agents that meet your customers on your website, inside your app, on a kiosk in a hospital lobby or a quick-service counter. And agents that work right next to your people, a real crew for every single employee.

The opportunity

Pulse is live in the field, with real customers depending on it, and it is ready for a single owner to take it from working deployments to a repeatable growth motion. You take deployments already in motion and turn them into a focused product with clear direction, a tight feedback loop, and visible progress. This is a role for someone who has owned a live, customer-facing product, prioritises ruthlessly across competing demands, and brings structure without breaking momentum.

In this role, you will:

  • Own Pulse's product direction and roadmap.
  • Own the live deployments and the readiness plan behind them.
  • Run the feedback loop that keeps the roadmap honest.
  • Decide the next set of use cases and which to chase.

Your first 90 days

You stabilise what is live, clarify the next use cases, and bring structure without disrupting customers in motion. By day 90 the test is simple: live deployments are running against a prioritised roadmap, customer feedback is feeding the next release, and usage and deployment-quality metrics are moving up.

How you'll know it's working

  • Live deployments make steady progress.
  • Strong customer signal feeds the roadmap.
  • The roadmap is clear.
  • Quality shows up in usage.

Who you'll work with

You partner with Sales and Customer Success on the live accounts and with Engineering on what ships.

Competencies

  • Order from Motion. You bring structure to a live product without breaking the customers depending on it.
  • Ruthless Prioritisation. You choose what matters across competing demands and hold the line.
  • AI-First Operator. You run growth as an AI loop: deployment signals, customer check-ins, and field feedback synthesised into the next release's priorities, so the roadmap updates from the field rather than from memory.
  • Feedback Discipline. You run a loop that genuinely moves the roadmap.
  • Customer Proximity. You stay close to the accounts that depend on the product.
  • Owner's Bias. You take a live product and give it direction, a roadmap, and momentum.

Why this is one of the best seats, period

Most product roles give you users or a blank page. This one gives you both. If turning a live product into a sharp, growing one is your idea of a good problem, this is the seat.

Benefits

  • Paid Time-Off: We offer flexible vacation time with 10 company holidays.

How to prepare for a job interview at Napster Corp.

Understand the Product Life Cycle

As a product management candidate, we need to get our head around the complete product life cycle. Be prepared to discuss real-world examples of how you’ve managed product development from ideation to launch. Bring specific insights on tools like JIRA or Trello that can help streamline these processes.

Showcase Your Cross-Functional Skills

Product management is all about collaboration. We should be ready to highlight how we’ve worked across teams—think marketing, engineering, and design. Prepare to discuss scenarios where you had to mediate differing opinions and how you got everyone on board with a shared vision.

Prepare for Case Studies

In a full-time role, we can expect to encounter case study questions during our interviews. Practise solving hypothetical product problems on the spot, such as prioritising features for a new app or improving user engagement metrics. This will show our analytical thinking and decision-making skills.

Know Your Metrics
