About the Role
As a Senior NAPPI Trainer, you will deliver engaging, values-based training within health, social care, or education services - primarily across the South East of England. You will inspire others to apply the NAPPI approach, confidently and consistently helping to create safer, capable environments. This role offers flexibility, variety, and the chance to genuinely influence how people provide care and support.
What We Are Looking For
- Has hands-on experience supporting people in health, social care, or education settings.
- Can demonstrate how they have applied the NAPPI Approach in working practice.
- Brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and excellent presentation skills.
- Is flexible to travel, including regular overnight stays.
- Enjoys working independently and collaboratively.
Desirable:
- Experience delivering training; a teaching qualification; current First Aid certificate.
