Napoli on The Road is looking for a passionate, talented and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join the team at NotR Soho, newly crowned No. 1 in the world at the Top Pizza Awards! You will be joining an award-winning team that prides itself on attention to detail, exceptional hospitality and unforgettable guest experiences. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding dining experience, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued and cared for. Working closely with the management and kitchen teams, you will help maintain the highest standards of service, product knowledge and attention to detail, bringing passion and personality to every interaction.. What we’re looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
- A genuine passion for hospitality, food and creating memorable guest experiences
- A warm, confident and engaging personality with a natural flair for customer service
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A strong eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest service standards
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and the ability to thrive in a busy environment
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and going the extra mile for every guest
