As Chef de Partie and Sous Chef you will play a key role in the preparation of sauces and garnishes and serve food for both the main kitchen and the restaurant’s special testing menu. The position offers 45 hours per week, with strong respect for work‑life balance and a culture built on solid work ethic, professionalism, and dedication.
We are seeking someone who demonstrates:
