The first pizza restaurant in the world to offer a tasting menu, with the best seasonal ingredients. . The Assistant General Manager will work collaboratively with the GM and Head Chef to ensure consistency, standards and quality are upheld as well as mentoring and training the team to constantly deliver excellence every day. . This is an opportunity to join an incredibly passionate team at an exciting stage in the companies journey.. . -The candidate must have at least 1-2 years experience in the same role in a fast paced and high volume restaurant. . -Must love hospitality and creating unforgettable experiences for their guests.. -A real people leader who understands how to lead from the front.. -Must have right to work in the UK.. .
