Role Overview
NAPIT Training is a rapidly growing business within the NAPIT Group. This role supports the planned growth of the training business by delivering a first‑class service to corporate clients. The role reports to the Student Services Manager and works closely with Training, Sales, marketing and accounts teams as a key account administrator, supporting the development of large customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to large training clients.
- Schedule all public and private courses, coordinating with delivery teams.
- Build relationships and communicate regularly with key accounts to ensure smooth training delivery.
- Liaise with department teams such as marketing, finance and facilities.
- Prepare monthly reports and track key performance indicators.
- Engage in monthly, quarterly and annual client appraisals proactively.
Qualifications
- Professional, articulate, confident communicator with outstanding communication skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships with customers and team members.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft products.
- Decision‑making and prioritisation skills, able to work to tight deadlines.
- Solution‑focused with prior administration experience.
- Willingness to embrace new working practices and learn quickly.
- Electrical industry knowledge or experience is desirable.
- Full UK driving licence.
