Napier Sterling, a newly founded boutique law firm based in Farringdon, is seeking a bright and ambitious graduate to join our growing commercial disputes team. We offer a fast-paced and intellectually stimulating environment where you’ll gain invaluable experience working on complex legal matters from the ground up.
In this role, you will:
- Play a vital role in all aspects of case preparation and strategy, from pre-action to trial.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and review legal documents, witness statements, and expert reports with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Assist with drafting legal correspondence and other legal documents.
- Ensure accurate and efficient case documentation.
- Prepare trial bundles and electronically file court records, keeping the team organised and on track.
- Liaise with clients and third parties in a friendly and professional manner, providing clear and concise updates.
- Work to a high standard across numerous matters.
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a very strong academic record in Law (LLB) or the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL).
- Demonstrates exceptional research and analytical skills, with a keen interest in commercial disputes.
- Displays a meticulous attention to detail & possesses strong organisation skills.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues, counsel and clients.
- Has a strong work ethic, is highly motivated, and eager to learn and develop their legal knowledge.
- Is available from July 2026.
Previous experience in a law firm is not required but a genuine interest in commercial disputes and a willingness to learn are a must.
