We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Partnerships Operations Manager to lead and optimize our partner ecosystem, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and success. Key Responsibilities Partner Strategy & Operations Develop and implement a scalable operational framework for managing global partners. Establish best practices, policies, and governance for partner engagement. Perform horizon scanning for new partners. Build relationships with strategic partners and their teams. Leverage relationships within partner organizations to develop trusted advisory relationships and generate new deal leads. Collaborate with sales, marketing, solution consultants, and product teams to execute partner strategies and identify opportunities. Performance & Process Optimization Define and track KPIs to measure partner success. Lead process improvements to enhance partner experience and drive revenue. Oversee partner enablement initiatives. Technology & Systems Management Manage support for Napier AI tracking and ensure data quality in HubSpot CRM. Generate MI and reporting on partner activity. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership Act as the operational bridge between partners and internal teams. Work with sales, finance, and legal teams on contracts, incentives, and compliance. Candidate Requirements Experience working with Software (Integration), Services (SI), Resellers, and GTM partners. Operations experience in a large organization. Strong knowledge of Financial Crime and AML technology. Data-driven decision-making skills. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
