NAPC is an exciting and growing specialist planning consultancy working nationwide on annexes, garden rooms, mobile homes, and residential developments. We’re looking for a Junior to join our team and help us deliver high-quality planning services to our clients across the UK. This role is ideal for a graduate or junior planner who’s eager to grow their career, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to an expanding consultancy. You’ll receive guidance and training from our experienced team, while taking on your own projects and building your skills in planning applications, appeals, and client management.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting with planning applications and appeals
  • Supporting senior planners on key client accounts
  • Conducting feasibility assessments and planning appraisals
  • Providing planning advice to clients
  • Contributing to the improvement of processes and systems

What we’re looking for:

  • A degree in Town Planning or a related field (or in final year)
  • An interest in planning policy and development management
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for learning and developing
