We’re on the lookout for a creative, dynamic and trend driven Social Media & Influencer Manager to take the lead on our social media channels. This role offers the opportunity to shape the identity of our fast growing expert skin brands in the UK & Ireland markets.

As part of the NAOS Digital Team, you’ll be playing a huge part in our mission: To be the challenger skincare brand in the UK market, recruiting new shoppers into growth categories offering consumers accessibility to formulations that truly change their quality of life.

Role Summary: The Social Media & Influence Manager will own and develop the social media strategy for all NAOS Brands, both paid and organic; including influencer paid partnerships and creating paid social assets alongside Brand managers across Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook & YouTube.

With a significant year on year increases in media budget, this role will be integral to driving the Brand Awareness for NAOS brands in the UK and Ireland markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development and implementation of the social media strategy for all Naos Brands including; organic, paid and influencer marketing.
  • Own the monthly social content calendar and manage creation, execution and scheduling of all organic social posts utilising scheduling tool.
  • Research and negotiation of influencers for all Naos UK brands.
  • Work closely with Marketing & PR departments to identify and build relationships with industry influencers, ensuring the alignment with brand values with the aim to increase brand awareness.
  • Measuring the success of any influencer campaign.
  • Be responsible for, and manage the monthly reporting for the social landscape across the brand.
  • Tracking campaign performance, social listening, social/influencer trends and competitor analysis and regularly report back to the brand and commercial teams with social/digital trends (content, formats, influencers, etc.).
  • Manage the social listening tool and monitor share of voice, and other social KPIs and regularly report back to the brand and commercial teams with social/digital trends (content, formats, influencers, etc.).
  • Work closely with the brand team to oversee agency shoots for organic content across the brand’s social channels for the category.
  • Optimising global brand content for the UK market that resonates with the target audience.
  • Develop action plans to grow our followers, engage and retain them through engaging with influencers to create content that can be hosted on their own channels or Brand’s channels (inc. paid media).
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance across the brand, to help us understand the habits and behaviour of visitors as well as understanding ROI and effectiveness of product spend.
  • Be an active champion of the Brand Values, ensuring smooth and seamless collaboration across functions.

You Will:
