We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Clinical Team Manager (Adult trained) to join our Care Team. Naomi and Jack’s provide palliative and end of life care, symptom management and respite for children and young adults with life limiting conditions. Our holistic approach embraces the clinical, emotional and social needs of the child or young adult and their families. Our innovative and enthusiastic team respond to both changing clinical needs, play and activity requests and memory making.
The Role
- As a qualified Adult or Dual Registered Nurse with proven clinical leadership skills, you will provide senior clinical and operational leadership across the hospice.
- You must have up to date competence in a range of clinical skills such as invasive and non‑invasive respiratory support; IV and central line management; and end of life care.
- To provide clinical leadership to members of the Care Team, including clinical supervision, practice audit, development and training.
- To provide line management, guidance and support to a team of nurses and carers.
- To provide clinical expertise, advice and guidance across the care team as required.
- To support the effective and efficient running of all Naomi & Jack’s care services.
- To liaise fully with all Clinical Team Managers/Care Leadership Team members.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are also important.

Salary Band 7 (Agenda for Change 2026) – £49,387 – £56,515 per annum. Local affordable rental accommodation can be accessed subject to availability. You will need to be eligible to work in the UK to be considered for this role and be able to demonstrate experience working as an RN in the UK.
