About the Role
As a Newly Qualified Nurse, you'll be supported to:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care for children and young people with complex and life-limiting conditions.
- Build strong, compassionate relationships with families, offering emotional and practical support.
- Develop clinical confidence through hands-on experience in complex symptom management, medication administration and care planning.
- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team, contributing to holistic and person centred care.
- Grow professionally through reflection, feedback and ongoing learning opportunities.
- Progress towards leading shifts and supporting colleagues as your confidence develops.
You'll work flexibly across a 24 hour service, with guidance and supervision always available as you grow into the role.
About you
- Qualifying this year or recently qualified Registered Nurse.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Committed to learning and professional growth.
- Registered or eligible for NMC registration.
