At Naomi House & Jacksplace we are helping to shape the world of palliative care for children and young adults. We develop new ways of working and ensure excellent clinical care, built on high‑quality safety and practice standards. As Lead Nurse for Clinical Quality Assurance you will help us reach and sustain these standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with staff at all levels to ensure compliance with robust governance processes and promote a culture of shared learning and high‑quality care.
- Collaborate with the Practice Education team to identify learning themes and with key personnel to maintain a strong clinical governance framework that reflects legislative and regulatory requirements.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- A registered nurse with senior clinical experience who can demonstrate knowledge of clinical practice, risk management, education and service delivery, and who works effectively in a supportive, collaborative environment.

The role is 37.5 hours per week and the salary is Band 7 equivalent £47,810 - £54,710 per annum. Informal visits are encouraged; please contact the People Team on 01962 760060 to arrange.
