About the Role:

As a Newly Qualified Nurse, you'll be supported to:

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care for children and young people with complex and life-limiting conditions.
  • Build strong, compassionate relationships with families, offering emotional and practical support
  • Develop clinical confidence through hands‑on experience in complex symptom management, medication administration and care planning
  • Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team, contributing to holistic and person centred care.
  • Grow professionally through reflection, feedback and ongoing learning opportunities.
  • Progress towards leading shifts and supporting colleagues as your confidence develops.

You’ll work flexibly across a 24 hour service, with guidance and supervision always available as you grow into the role.

About you:

  • Qualifying this year or recently qualified Registered Nurse
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Committed to learning and professional growth
  • Registered or eligible for NMC registration
